@optimum The last guy who came fixed the internet but it was running slow still, but before he left the modem stop receiving signal I said see it's crap. He couldn't believe it after awhile he fixed it and it worked fine for a few weeks but now is back to ****!

Well, I got my service canceled, but I have to call back another department on Monday to get a shipping label to return my equipment, unless I want to travel to their location to drop it off during a pandemic. Great stuff @optimum!

@optimum @OptimumHelp has the worst service. I have called and complained many times and got nowhere. They say everything is fine when it’s not. Internet is constantly cutting out making it impossible to do anything online including stream. #optimumsucks #streamingsucks
